The purpose is to reduce unqualified introductions and to match projects only after the investor’s mandate and the project’s minimum documentation have been reviewed. Proof of funds or capacity evidence can be requested before a specific confidential introduction.

- Define preferred minerals, jurisdictions and stage
- State indicative investment size and instrument
- Complete compliance verification before protected access
Applications and submissions are reviewed before publication or commercial access. Protected introductions, due diligence coordination and transaction mandates are governed by separate written procedures.
