Scope notice:This document governs use of the GMZ platform. It does not replace a transaction-specific contract or professional advice in any jurisdiction.

1. Membership plans

Membership plans are annual services intended for professionals, companies, mine and licence holders, traders, investors and institutions. Benefits vary by plan and may include profile eligibility, marketplace access, listing rights, intelligence, protected-introduction requests and institutional positioning.

2. Payment, renewal and taxes

Plans are charged through the published Stripe checkout. Unless the checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew annually until cancelled. Members are responsible for applicable taxes, bank charges and lawful payment authority. A payment receipt is not proof of verification or transaction approval.

3. Verification is separate

Payment initiates membership review. GMZ may request identity, company, beneficial-owner, authority, licence, mandate, buyer, investor or institutional records. Protected access begins only after approval and may be limited, conditioned or refused where documentation is insufficient or risk is unacceptable.

4. Member responsibilities

Maintain accurate profile, authority and contact information.
Keep login credentials secure.
Update expired licences, mandates and verification records.
Use protected information only for the approved purpose.
Comply with platform policies and applicable law.

5. Membership is not a transaction mandate

Annual fees purchase platform access and services described for the plan. They do not include brokerage, investment placement, due diligence, negotiation, government representation, transaction structuring or success-fee work. Such services require a separate written scope where applicable.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Subscription cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically reverse a current paid term. Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered under the checkout terms, mandatory law, duplicate or erroneous payment circumstances, service non-delivery attributable to GMZ, and the stage of verification or access already provided.

7. Suspension, expiry and data

Access may be suspended for failed payment, expired verification, misuse, security concerns or policy breaches. Records may be retained where reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims, audit and compliance.

8. No outcome warranty

Membership does not guarantee that a member will find a buyer, seller, investor, mine, licence, operator, public-sector appointment, tender, permit or transaction.
