Listing & Submission Terms
Specific warranties and permissions given by a member when submitting an opportunity, document, image or company profile.
1. Authority to submit
The submitter confirms personal ownership or sufficient authority from the relevant owner, company, licence holder, buyer, investor, institution or mandate principal to provide the information and request platform review.
2. Accuracy and update duty
Information must be accurate to the best of the submitter’s knowledge, not materially misleading and updated when ownership, licence, mandate, quantity, price, availability or transaction status changes.
3. Licence and technical claims
Resource, reserve, grade, recovery, production, assay and valuation claims must identify their basis and must not be presented as compliant with a reporting code unless prepared or signed by appropriately qualified persons under that code.
4. Content licence
The submitter grants GMZ a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable where legally possible licence to host, format, translate, excerpt and display approved public content for platform operation and promotion. Ownership remains with the lawful rights holder.
5. Protected documents
Documents supplied for review remain restricted and may be accessed only by authorised GMZ personnel or approved professional reviewers. GMZ may retain audit copies, but cannot guarantee that digital transmission is risk-free.
6. Removal and continuing records
A submitter may request withdrawal of a public listing. GMZ may retain non-public records necessary for audit, fraud prevention, fee protection, legal claims or compliance.
7. Indemnity principle
Where legally enforceable and subject to transaction-specific drafting, a submitter may be responsible for losses caused by knowingly false authority, unlawful disclosure or infringement. This page is not a final indemnity agreement.
