Complaints & Dispute Resolution
A structured route for platform complaints, listing concerns, membership issues, confidentiality, fee disputes and suspected misconduct.
1. Issues covered
Complaints may concern account access, verification, payment administration, listing accuracy, intellectual property, privacy, protected introductions, confidentiality, member conduct, alleged circumvention or GMZ service delivery.
2. Required complaint information
- Complainant identity and authority.
- Relevant account, listing, payment, introduction or mandate reference.
- Chronology, documents and requested remedy.
- Any urgent safety, fraud, sanctions or evidence-preservation concern.
3. Initial review
GMZ may acknowledge, request information, preserve records, temporarily restrict content or access, contact affected parties and determine whether the matter is operational, contractual, legal, regulatory or outside platform scope.
4. Good-faith resolution
Parties should first attempt a documented good-faith resolution. GMZ may propose correction, withdrawal, access restoration, further verification, facilitated discussion or referral to professional advisers.
5. Urgent and unlawful conduct
Threats, fraud, stolen property, sanctions, corruption, terrorism financing, child labour, serious human-rights abuse or imminent environmental/safety risk may require immediate suspension and referral to competent authorities.
6. Contractual disputes
A signed membership, mandate, NCNDA, fee-protection or other transaction agreement may specify governing law, courts, arbitration or mediation. That clause controls the relevant contractual dispute.
7. Platform decision review
Members may request internal reconsideration with new evidence. GMZ retains reasonable discretion over platform publication, verification and access, subject to mandatory law and contractual commitments.
