It does not replace a transaction-specific contract or professional advice in any jurisdiction.<\/span><\/div>\n                <div class=\"gmz-legal-body\">\n                                            <section id=\"section-1\"><h2>1. Data collected<\/h2><p>Data may include names, contact details, account credentials, company and authority information, membership and payment references, verification documents, listings, enquiries, legal acceptances, mandate requests, technical logs and communications.<\/p><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-2\"><h2>2. Purposes<\/h2><ul><li>Operate accounts, memberships and Stripe-linked onboarding.<\/li><li>Verify identities, companies, licences, mandates and institutions.<\/li><li>Review listings and protected introduction requests.<\/li><li>Prevent fraud, secure the platform and comply with law.<\/li><li>Administer contracts, fees, records, complaints and disputes.<\/li><li>Send necessary service communications and, where permitted, relevant sector information.<\/li><\/ul><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-3\"><h2>3. Legal bases and jurisdiction<\/h2><p>Depending on the user and applicable law, processing may be based on contract, pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests, legal obligations, consent or protection of legal claims. GMZ should not be assumed to be established in every country from which the site is accessed.<\/p><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-4\"><h2>4. Payment data<\/h2><p>Stripe processes checkout and subscription payment information under its own terms. GMZ normally receives transaction references, customer details and status rather than complete card data.<\/p><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-5\"><h2>5. Documents and restricted data<\/h2><p>Verification and marketplace documents are intended for controlled review. Access is limited, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Users should redact unnecessary sensitive data and upload only what they are authorised to provide.<\/p><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-6\"><h2>6. Sharing and international transfers<\/h2><p>Data may be shared with hosting, payment, email, security, professional-adviser and transaction-review providers, or competent authorities where required. Retention and rights<\/h2><p>Records are retained according to operational, accounting, security, compliance, dispute and legal-claim needs. Cookies and technical storage<\/h2><p>The site may use essential login, security, preference, analytics and embedded-service cookies or similar technologies.
