It does not replace a transaction-specific contract or professional advice in any jurisdiction.<\/span><\/div>\n                <div class=\"gmz-legal-body\">\n                                            <section id=\"section-1\"><h2>1. Marketplace role<\/h2><p>GMZ publishes reviewed public summaries and controls access to protected contact or documents. It may facilitate introductions but is not the owner, buyer, seller, operator, lender, custodian, escrow agent, assay laboratory or regulator unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.<\/p><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-2\"><h2>2. Eligible opportunities<\/h2><p>Permitted categories include mineral supply and demand, mines, licences, exploration and operating projects, investment, joint ventures, operator searches, offtake, processing, equipment, logistics, professional services and public tenders.<\/p><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-3\"><h2>3. Minimum listing standards<\/h2><ul><li>Accurate public summary and transaction sought.<\/li><li>Identifiable country, mineral, development stage and authorised contact.<\/li><li>Clear status of ownership, licence or mandate.<\/li><li>No fabricated reserve, resource, assay, valuation or government claim.<\/li><li>Protected documents uploaded only with lawful authority.<\/li><\/ul><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-4\"><h2>4. Review and publication<\/h2><p>GMZ may request evidence, edit language, restrict sensitive details, reject, pause, archive or remove a listing. Publication means only that a summary passed platform review at that time; it is not certification, endorsement or independent verification of every claim.<\/p><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-5\"><h2>5. Protected introductions<\/h2><p>Requests are screened for identity, purpose, authority, capacity and transaction fit. GMZ may require an NCNDA, mandate, proof of funds, buyer mandate, seller authority, compliance information or fee-protection agreement before releasing contact or documents.<\/p><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-6\"><h2>6. No circumvention<\/h2><p>Members must not use GMZ information to bypass GMZ, a listing owner, protected intermediary or introduced party in order to avoid confidentiality, attribution or an agreed fee. Any binding non-circumvention period and remedies must be set out in the applicable written agreement.<\/p><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-7\"><h2>7. Payments and custody<\/h2><p>Users must not send transaction funds merely because a listing appears on gmz.ge. Payment, escrow, custody, inspection, title transfer, shipping documents and release conditions require independent professional arrangements and verified banking channels.<\/p><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-8\"><h2>8. Reporting concerns<\/h2><p>Suspected fraud, false authority, sanctions risk, stolen material, conflict financing, bribery, document manipulation or unsafe conduct should be reported promptly.
