It does not replace a transaction-specific contract or professional advice in any jurisdiction.<\/span><\/div>\n                <div class=\"gmz-legal-body\">\n                                            <section id=\"section-1\"><h2>1. Agreement and operator<\/h2><p>By accessing or using gmz.ge, a user agrees to these Terms and the policies expressly incorporated by reference. Georgia Mining Industry is an independent private-sector platform and is not a ministry, embassy, stock exchange, securities exchange, bank, broker-dealer, mine regulator or public authority.<\/p><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-2\"><h2>2. Eligibility and accounts<\/h2><p>Users must be legally capable of entering applicable agreements and must provide accurate information. Accounts may not be transferred, shared to defeat access controls or created under a false identity. Organisational users must have authority to act for the named entity.<\/p><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-3\"><h2>3. Permitted use<\/h2><ul><li>Research public mining, mineral, company, government and investment information.<\/li><li>Submit genuine enquiries and verified opportunities.<\/li><li>Use member services only within the purchased plan and approved status.<\/li><li>Respect confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection and access restrictions.<\/li><\/ul><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-4\"><h2>4. Prohibited use<\/h2><ul><li>False licence, reserve, resource, mandate, ownership, authority or investment claims.<\/li><li>Fraud, impersonation, scraping protected data, malware, interference or unauthorised access.<\/li><li>Sanctions evasion, money laundering, bribery, terrorist financing or unlawful trade.<\/li><li>Bypassing GMZ-originated introductions, protected parties or written fee arrangements.<\/li><li>Publishing personal data, confidential documents or third-party material without authority.<\/li><\/ul><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-5\"><h2>5. Content and third-party sources<\/h2><p>Public information, delayed market data, news summaries and links may originate from third parties. GMZ may edit, classify, suspend or remove content but does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, availability or continued publication. Users must consult primary sources before acting.<\/p><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-6\"><h2>6. No regulated advice or transaction guarantee<\/h2><p>Platform content is not legal, investment, securities, tax, banking, engineering, reserve, valuation or environmental advice. GMZ does not guarantee a listing, introduction, financing, licence transfer, transaction, government decision, price, profit or outcome.<\/p><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-7\"><h2>7. Suspension and termination<\/h2><p>GMZ may restrict or terminate access where information is false, payment fails, verification expires, security is threatened, rules are breached or legal\/compliance risk arises. Rights relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, fees and dispute provisions survive where applicable.<\/p><\/section>\n                                            <section id=\"section-8\"><h2>8. Changes and contact<\/h2><p>Policies may be updated for legal, security, operational or commercial reasons. Material changes requiring renewed member acceptance will receive a new document version.<\/p><p>Questions, notices or formal correspondence should be submitted through the contact route published on gmz.ge.
