A new GMI workflow connects licence holders with operators and capital providers through controlled review rather than uncontrolled circulation of licence documents.
Applicants are asked to define the current licence status, ownership and decision authority, available geology, development obligations, requested operator role and proposed commercial structure. Accepted projects may enter the matching engine and, where appropriate, a protected introduction or private deal room.
What participants can do now
- Confirm licence and decision authority
- State the technical and financial gap
- Define the operator or partner role required
- Submit the project through the verified member route
Applications and submissions are reviewed before publication or commercial access. Protected introductions, due diligence coordination and transaction mandates are governed by separate written procedures.
