Government & Institutional Engagement Terms
Safeguards for government advisory, country desks, institutional partnerships, delegations and public-sector introductions.
1. Independent platform status
Georgia Mining Industry is an independent private-sector platform. A country desk, founder credential, institutional partnership or government-related project does not make gmz.ge an embassy, ministry, diplomatic mission, regulator or official government website.
2. Documented authority
Public appointments, ministerial authorities, mandates and institutional relationships must be described within the exact scope, date and validity of supporting documents. Personal credentials do not automatically confer authority on GMZ.
3. Engagement scope
Possible work includes sector strategy, investor outreach, country promotion, project pipelines, roundtables, delegations, research, digital country desks and government-industry dialogue. Deliverables, official approvals and public communications require written scope.
4. Public procurement and integrity
GMZ will not use improper influence or evade procurement, ethics, lobbying, public-finance or conflict-of-interest rules. Government charges, advisers, gifts, travel and success fees require transparent legal review.
5. No promise of government action
GMZ cannot guarantee recognition, appointment, licence, tender, permit, concession, policy decision, diplomatic response, funding or official endorsement.
6. Public statements and logos
Government names, flags, seals, logos, official photographs, quotations and documents may be used only with lawful authority and context. Draft correspondence must not be presented as an issued government decision.
7. Fees and funding
Advisory retainers, project costs, sponsorship, country-desk fees and success components must be documented, appropriately approved and compatible with applicable public-sector rules.
8. Records and accountability
Material meetings, commitments, deliverables, approvals and financial terms should be recorded. Sensitive state or commercial information should be classified and handled according to written instructions.
